Summer :)
Wednesday was Nathan’s last day of school for his first year. It went by so fast. We had his IEP and he met all his goals. I was so proud. His speech teacher actually told me he was concerned, alarmed and very worried about his prognosis at the beginning of last year. He did not understand a single word he said. As the day of the IEP he could say he understood about half of what Nathan says. It is a huge improvement and he seems to think Nathan will over come the apraxia and have little to no signs he ever battled it.
We are planning a trip to the zoo, Fairy Jenny is coming to visit. We are going to Disneyland, and the Pirate dinner theater. I am sure there will be trips to the beach and many bbq’s to come.
